We are thrilled to announce our new referral program! If you have purchased a home from us, you can now earn a $2,000 referral fee when you refer a friend or a family member who also buys a home with us. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of our community and a reward for referring a new client to us.
If you encourage a friend, associate, or family member and they buy or build a home with us, we will pay you a generous referral bonus of $2,000.00.
The process is easy. Please fill out the attached form and return it electronically to the Sales and Marketing Director at annad@montorio.ca , or if your referral leads to a signed contract for a new home, with all conditions removed and a deposit submitted, you are entitled to the bonus.
