We Craft Exceptional Homes With Precision And Passion

The inspiring story of Montorio Homes begins inside the heart of a young boy armed with a fire and passion for a trade, which he later chose to develop into his life’s work. Founder and Director, Vincenzo Di Luigi, was born and raised in Montorio Al Vomano, Italy. It was here where he first took interest in the artistic and intricate works of local masonry. Brick by brick, Vince would observe the meticulous attention to detail that was required. More than that, he also witnessed a sense of pride and satisfaction achieved in completing a job well done. To some, laying bricks was simply work, but to Vince it was an artform. One he was eager to adopt and embrace as his own.

Today, Montorio Homes strives to ensure a stress free and rewarding home building experience. With over four decades in this industry, our commitment to excellence has never wavered. Each project reflects our dedication to quality, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of our client’s visions. We use an honest, straightforward, and transparent approach when communicating with our clients.

Martino Di Luigi

President

Martino, a Professional Engineer, was introduced to the home building business as a teenager. Helping out as Field Assistant during school breaks and weekends, he learned the industry literally from the ground up!

His passion for the industry grew with each year, and eventually decided to change his career from working as a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer in the Petro-Chemical Industry to managing/owning Montorio Homes on a full-time basis as President.

Martino continues to spearhead Montorio’s historical commitment to excellence, and being known in the industry as a distinctive and quality builder, with a key focus on development long term positive relationships with our customers.

Jorge Correia

Director of Construction

Jorge’s career in the home building industry began in his late teen years, framing and cribbing houses fresh out of high school. In 1993, he achieved his Journeymen Carpenter certification. Jorge’s excellent interpersonal skills, work ethic and professionalism garnered him a solid reputation and respect among the trades he dealt with and quickly moved into a Site Superintendent, then onto a Construction Manager then Director position. Jorge has over 30 years of experience, and firmly believes in quality workmanship, strong customer service, and pro- activeness. Over the years, Jorge has furthered his certification within the industry:

Professional Site Manager in 2002
Master Builder in 2009
Master Renovator in 2010

Anna Di Luigi

Director of Sales and Marketing

Anna Received her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary in 1992. Anna has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Marketing. Before joining Montorio, Anna worked at several companies building her skills in Management Consulting, Marketing and Sales, Business Development and Human Resources Management and Recruiting.

Anna is the Director of Marketing and Human Resources with the responsibility for marketing programs and human resources management.
