I couldn’t be happier with my new home. The workmanship in the home is excellent, especially the crown mouldings over the doors! But with any facet, walls, cabinets, countertops, flooring – top notch installation, and I have ZERO complaints. The place is amazing and I’m very happy.

I have recently moved into my second Montorio built home. I am extremely satisfied with my home - as with my last home, I will most definitely build with  them again!

I have used Montorio Homes for 3 builds in my life...from Duplex to large family home. The quality, no matter the build size, is always excellent. I have built with Montorio Homes on three separate occasions over 12 years. From my starter Duplex home, to a single attached garage home, to a larger family home with a finished basement. Their standard specification is far superior to majority of the competitors I've seen. Quality of build was excellent. There were lots of options available for upgrades, and dealt with professional and knowledgeable trade partners. Large variety of floor plans to choose from and very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend Montorio Homes to any potential buyer!!!

Our new home has been built with the utmost care, on time, by quality craftsmen. Each detail has been carefully selected to reflect unique style and comfort. all of the service suppliers referred to us by Montorio homes have also been respectful of both our tastes and budget. We have completed our final home inspection and were pleased to see that even the smallest scratch was marked to be fixed. In fact, a drawer that I had noticed was slightly damaged during the building has already been replaced. We would highly recommend Montorio as a quality home builder.
