Founded by Vince Di Luigi, Montorio has built custom homes in the Edmonton and surrounding areas for over 30 years.  Our strong business foundation has grown from repeat customers and referrals from happy clients.

Martino Di Luigi – President

Martino, a Professional Engineer, was introduced to the homebuilding business as a teenager.  Helping out as Field Assistant  during school breaks and weekends, he learned the industry literally from the ground up!  His passion for the industry grew with each year, and eventually decided to change his career from working as a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer in the Petro-Chemical Industry to managing/owning  Montorio Homes on a full-time basis as President.

Martino continues to spearhead Montorio’s  historical commitment to excellence, and being known in the industry as a distinctive and quality builder, with a key focus on development long term positive relationships with our customers.
